It’s easy to understand why the devil cannot touch those whose life is permanently on the Altar. Everything that is impure comes from him and hell; on the other hand, God is the essence of purity.

When a life is placed on the Altar as a living offering, it becomes bathed in the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Remember that He shed all of His Blood on the Altar (Mount Calvary). Spiritually speaking, this Blood continues to purify all those who present their sacrifice on the Altar.

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? Hebrews 9.14

The sins this person committed in the past no longer matter. Once he has surrendered his life on the Altar, along with all of his “possessions”: money, house, children, husband or wife, “PhDs”, pride, honor and everything else he has and is, the devil sees his pureness and without hesitation, will no longer be able to touch him.

You will understand who will receive the blessings of the Lord.
