First of all, thank you!
I know I came from far away, yet, I still don’t understand everything that was done for me today. Everyone received me with great courtesy and, I learned and got a taste of this construction, which left me speechless.
Though it’s part of your job, I want to thank you, because you went beyond what I expected!
As a Jew, all of my life I have been taught about the history of Jerusalem, the holy city. I have always heard about the ancient Temples, but I’ve only had a chance to know for myself the remains of the second Temple, “the Wailing Wall”.
However, this incredible structure makes me wonder what was behind that wall. There are no words to describe the magnitude of this Temple!
This project is a great blessing for everyone. For me, particularly, I learned that religion isn’t what is most important, but the love and unity among all in this place. This is the foundation of the entire project. And this could all be summed up in one sentence, which is the foundation of the Torah: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
This is the faith that moved the Jewish people in the past.
Thank you, thank you and thank you again!
