Do the math and check if the Words of the Lord Jesus, spoken 2,000 years ago, aren’t a sign today of the beginning of the end times:

1^st sign: Take heed that no one deceives you (Matthew 24.4);
The heart is deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17.9);

2^nd sign: You will hear of wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24.6);
Wars and rumors of wars are almost everywhere;

3^rd sign: For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom (Matthew 24.7);

4^th sign: …and there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, in various places (Matthew 24.7);

5^th sign: they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you (Matthew 24.9);

6^th sign: and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake (Matthew 24.9);
7^th sign: then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another (Matthew 24.10);

8^th sign: Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many (Matthew 24:11);

9^th sign: And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold (Matthew 24.12).

Those concerned with their physical appearance and the pettiness of this rotten world should take care of their respective souls, because the consequences of these prophecies will be dramatic.
