Anywhere in the world, in order to acquire valuables, basic necessities, properties or services, you are subject to a monetary exchange.
Everyone works this way and no one complains about this rule.
People may complain about not having money, but not for using it in exchange for goods.
In the Kingdom of God, the invisible Kingdom of the Almighty here on earth, it is not any different.
All of His Promises are subject to a price or value.
This may seem hard to accept, but if you take a closer look in the Holy Scriptures, every single Promise is subject to this rule.
Take a look:
To the children of Israel, the LORD said:
Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. Deuteronomy 28.1
To His disciples, the Lord Jesus said:
If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. John 14.23
Please, pay close attention to what the Lord requires in order to fulfill His promises.
If you diligently obey the voice of the LORD, your God, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.
If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word, and My Father and I will make Our home with him.
This means: every Divine Promise comes with a price. This price is faith.
Judge not, and you shall not be judged.
Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned.
Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Give, and it will be given to you…
How much?
…good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you. Luke 6.37-38
You don’t need to be extremely smart to understand that these and all other Divine blessings come with a price, which is faith.
This faith requires obedience or the practice of the Word of God.
When the Lord calls us to buy without money,
Ho! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters and you who have no money, come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Isaiah 55.1
The price He charges is faith in His Word.
And faith in His Word means trust in His Holy Person.
Therefore, faith is the currency needed to purchase any and every answer from God.
Including the Salvation of the soul, because He says: the just shall live by faith… Hebrews 10.38
