The Minute that Transforms
Any festivity is a reason to celebrate. However, when it comes to the last Day of the feast, there must be a complete surrender. After all, you will have to wait one year for the next one.
Jesus waited for the height of the last day of the feast to get up and invite everyone to another feast. Eternal Party.
And promised:
If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive… John 7.37-39
However, the promised Water is not for those who are already quenched, wealthy or satisfied. It is only for the wronged, desperate, poor; this is, the humble problematic that acknowledge their need of help.
People like the poor rich thief Zacchaeus, the prostitute Mary Magdalene, the beggar Lazarus or the “good” thief that was crucified…
People that are humiliated, scorned, ignored, discredited; in short, people like us, who are revolted against the shamefulness of this vile world…
This invitation is for everyone, and is as valuable today as when it was said two thousand years ago. To materialize, you need to believe in Jesus according to the Bible.
If you are tired of empty parties and still carry a huge void, or want to commit suicide, take a step of faith and ask the Lord Jesus to give you this Water NOW!!!
Find a quiet place where you can speak to Him wholeheartedly, kneel down and pray this prayer:
Lord Jesus, my God, I come into Your presence to tell You that I accept the invitation to drink this Water that You promised.
I know that I do not deserve it, but I also know that the Lord made this Promise for people like me.
Have mercy on me and quench my thirst right NOW, in the Name of the Lord Jesus!
Amen.
Wait just a minute for an answer and then get up to see what will happen.
God bless you abundantly!
