Temple of Solomon
Dear Bishop Macedo,
My name is Henry and I am 48 years old. Throughout my life I kept an unwavering faith in my religion and, as a Jew, always believed in what I was taught as a child.
My wife is a Christian; she is a member of
the Universal Church in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She always spoke to me about Jesus and that He is the Messiah. She always provided evidence of this, but I would explain that I was unable to believe it.
However, I started attending meetings at the UCKG with her and began enjoying them very much. She said that, just like what happened to the apostle Paul, the day that Jesus manifested Himself in my life, everything would change. Indeed, this is exactly what happened. I converted and was baptized about three months ago; I am a new man.
The reason for this message (besides the brief introduction), is that I am the Russian vice-consul in Minas Gerais, and would love to attend the inauguration of the Temple of Solomon on the day the government officials will be present. Everything related to the Temple has a very special meaning for me, because I will always be Jewish, but today, I am a Jewish Christian, who was transformed by the ravenous Truth of Yehoshua Moshiach.
Thank you in advance and God bless you.
